How To Make Matcha Popsicles
Serving Size: 8 Matcha Popsicles
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
-3 cups greek yogurt
-3 tbsps honey
-2g (2 scoops) of RW Golden Matcha
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
Optional
-1-2 tbsp(s) of Maple syrup (*add this as an additional sweetener)
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla (maple syrup too if used) into a bowl. Once mixed, add the matcha powder evenly across the top.
- Using a spoon, fill popsicle molds with yogurt mixture. Place a popsicle stick, or the provided handle into the center of each popsicle. Immediately place the mold into the freezer.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Enjoy your Matcha Popsicles!
