ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Within 2 business days, the shipping method you choose will send out your order. We need time to make sure that your order is correct.
RATES
We try to get the best rates for our customers; however, shipping costs are determined by the shipping provider and vary based on location. We use a flat rate system to simplify shipping costs across the board. As time progresses, our rates may change based on economic factors and the volume of our shipping. We continue to work with various shipping providers with the goal of getting our shipping as low as possible.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We hold no responsibility for orders that are placed with the wrong address. If the customer reaches out to correct the address before the package is shipped, we will update the location accordingly. If the order has been shipped already, the customer must reach out to the shipping provider and correct the address. If the issue can not be resolved, the order will be deemed as “shipped” and is not eligible for refund, per our returns and refunds policy.
Duplicate Orders
If there are duplicate orders that are placed from the same account, we will do our best to contact you, the buyer, via email to determine if the duplication was intentional. If we do not hear from the buyer within one week, the order will be deemed intentional and shipped out to the address on file. Once the order has shipped, all additional policies apply (shipping, refund/return, etc.).
INTERNATIONAL
Note: At this time RW Matcha is only able to be shipped within the United States. The information below will be null and void for the time being, and will take effective immediately when additional shipping locations are added.
Please note that RWMatcha may change its international shipping provider based on cost. Your contact information will be listed on the commercial invoice related to your order.
Many times, the shipping provider will need to contact you by email or phone for additional information or to arrange delivery, so please use the correct information they will need when you order. It is your responsibility to respond if contacted.
The shipping provider may assess duties and taxes on behalf of your country’s authorities, and you are responsible for paying these. We have no control over this situation because your government, not RWMatcha, is charging for these. However, please note that we do everything within our power to reduce these costs.
Because of the continually changing regulations in the many countries we serve, RWMatcha can offer NO REFUNDS on international orders in any case other than the packages being lost in transit. The shipping provider may destroy any packages that are unable to be delivered.
Please check with your country’s laws and regulations to ensure there will be no problems with the products you are ordering.
